Jordan Peele’s ‘Us’ Announced for Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood 2019

This morning it was announced that Jordan Peele’s blockbuster film ‘Us’ would be coming as it’s own maze to Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood 2019! The maze will takes guests into the world of the tethered and transport them into the Santa Cruz Boardwalk Fun House where horror awaits those who brave to enter into the maze. In a brand new location over in the tram garage area this maze is sure to be just as big of a hit as the movie itself was.

The rumored facade for the maze is speculated to be the Santa Cruz Boardwalk Fun House, as guests enter through they will be transported into a maze of mirrors where guests will follow in the footsteps of young Adelaide Wilson as she encounters her tethered self. The maze then transitions to the present day where we witness the tethered coming up from underground to kill with their golden scissors. There will be other scenes from the film that fans will get to experience including venturing into the Wilson family beach house where their tethered selves are seeking to wreak havoc on the family’s vacation and do whatever it takes to make sure they are tormented as much as possible.

The maze is currently being constructed in the tram garage location located at the exit of the daytime Studio Tour experience. Fans will eventually be transitioned into the underground tunnels where the tethered live and witness the wall of rabbits that they feast on as their only meal a day. We hope to encounter other scenes from the movie such as the car explosion and the tethered holding hands for miles and miles as apart of the ‘Hands Across America’ movement. The current location for the maze that is being constructed looks absolutely huge and that’s why we are expecting the mze to as big as the movie.

With the already announced Stranger Things, Holidayz in Hell, Frankenstein meets the Wolfman, Ghostbusters, and Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Creepshow, and Us there are still 2 more mazes to be announced making their a total of 9 mazes (not including the Walking Dead Attraction) which is two more then last years event.
