CityWalk LA Expands it’s Dining Options with two new Restaurants: Antojitos Cocina Mexicana and VIVO

With many different dining options at CityWalk LA, guests can never be hungry while visiting the beloved tourist attraction. Even more so, now with the opening of both Antojitos Cocina Mexicana and VIVO Italian Kitchen both serving up an array of culinary concepts. Both of these brand new locations have great atmospheres for those looking to enjoy some sweet Italian Bread or maybe even snack on some fresh chips with signature guacamole dip. Whatever it is you may be looking for, VIVO and Antojitos are the places for you at CityWalk LA.

Antojitos Cocina Mexicana: Right in the heart of CityWalk LA, it’s hard to miss the eye catching colorful Mexican decor with a bright and bold ‘Antojitos’ sign directly above the outside seating area. The restaurant offers many seating options with open space seating, private dining rooms, and an outdoor patio where guests will be able to enjoy live musical performances from local Latin artists. With many different options, this is the perfect place to taste some of Executive Chef Gian Caterina’s array of culinary masterpieces, Carnitas Nachos, Flavorful Tacos, Queso Fundido, and much more on the Antojitos menu.

Those who are looking to add a little more spice to their visit to Antojitos can check out the the bar that stands as the centerpiece of the restaurant serving up more then 150 different tequilas from around the world, a variety of spirited sampling flights, a selection of handcrafted cocktails, and cold cervezas served on tap. The bar at Antojitos offers tons of options when it comes to alcoholic beverages and won’t disappoint those who give these drinks a taste. What would a restaurant be without offering delicious desserts? That is why Antojitos features offering such as a Chocolate Hazelnut Cream Bar, a trio of Coconut, Pear and Mango Sorbet, and even the traditional Flan and Churros. The new restaurant looks stunning and vibrant and can be found directly across the Johnny Rockets in CityWalk LA.

VIVO Italian Kitchen: For more of a modern setting, CityWalk guests can visit this elegant restaurant that features both indoor and al fresco dining with signature dishes that come to life under Executive Chef Cyndi Tran. VIVO serves up fine Italian cuisines including Tuscan Kale and White Bean Soup, Creamy Garlic Mushroom Saute, Mussels Marinara, House Made Meatballs, a variety of different Paninis, and of course plenty of selections of different freshly baked pizzas.

VIVO also features a bar that serves up beverages such as Italian inspired cocktails that are brought to life by an expert mixologist. A broad wine selection will also be available along with these elegant cuisines. The modernized restaurant is located right next to the Sephora store and is a perfect place to spend date night after a walk at CityWalk LA or a long day at Universal Studios Hollywood. As the grand finale for these meals VIVO features homemade desserts such as Chocolate Zuccuto Vasi, Ricotta Cheesecake, Tiramisu and homemade Gelato. These desserts also accompanied by signature rosemary infused homemade butter cookies.
