The Holiday season is just around the corner and this year Universal Studios Hollywood is offering plenty of things to do to get into the Holiday spirit. Whether you like enjoying a hot cup of butter beer while watching the Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts or you wanna meet the Grinch himself, Universal offers it all. This season an all new multi colored LED light Grinchmas tree will make it’s debut on November 28th. With lots to do out at the Entertainment Capital of LA, there is no reason why you shouldn’t visit Universal Studios Hollywood during the holiday season.
Grinchmas: The all new state of the art tree will be located in the Universal plaza where all the Grinchmas festivities take place. Here guests can enjoy the Grinchmas tree lighting every night (times vary) as the Who’s of Who-Ville join hand and hand as they sing and light the all new 55 foot tree as snow falls and creates a beautiful scene in the Universal plaza. Various ‘Who’ characters will be roaming around the area throughout the day as well as different entertainment showing directly in front of the Grinchmas tree. One of the coolest experiences of Grinchmas is getting to meet the Grinch himself while interacting with his jolly yet humorous personality. Ever wanted to meet Max the dog, well during Grinchmas you can snap a picture with the Grinch’s most trusted pal Max. Lines tend to get very long as these characters are very popular so we highly recommend arriving to the park early so you don’t miss your opportunity to meet these beloved characters during the season.
Christmas in the Wizarding World: Back by popular demand is the night time spectacular that takes place on Hogwarts castle. The Magic of Christmas is a beautiful projection show with impressive dimensional animations. All throughout The Wizarding World there will be plenty of Christmas decorations making for perfect pictures to capture the holiday season. In the land guests can also find specially themed merchandise and food options to take home with them as a souvenir to remember the holiday’s 2019 at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Frog Choir located in front of Hogwarts castle will also be performing all throughout the day singing your holiday favorites.
Universal Studios will be decked head to toe in seasonal decorations and really immerse guests as they explore the park. Between the very merry minions in Super Silly Fun Land or even the 40 foot Christmas tree that is located in CityWalk LA, this is a perfect place to spend time at during your holiday season. And with Christmas right around the corner the California Neighbor Pass makes for a great gift giving guests the opportunity to experience 175 days of fun for just $149 if purchased online!
