It’s no question that the local theme parks in Southern California are all starting to begin phased re opening processes and one of those theme parks is Knott’s Berry Farm. As of recent Mrs. Knott’s Chicken to go has been open for guests to enjoy some delightful fried chicken from their favorite chicken restaurant at Knott’s, but now the rest of the Market Place will be opening to the public.
Today Monday June 8th, Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner, Starbucks, Cable Car Kitchen, Peanuts Headquarters, Candy Parlour, Marketplace Emporium, and Virginia’s Gift Shop are all now open! As always both guests and team members will have to wear facial coverings while at the Market Place and cashless transactions are highly encouraged. As Knott’s continues to follow CDC guidelines TGI Fridays will be re opening on June 12th and Build a Bear Workshop will be re opening on June 20th.
As the Market Place re opens there are new safety measures that are being implemented to ensure the health and safety of both employees and guests. All guests and employees must wear facial coverings while maintaining a safe distance to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Store capacity will be limited to 50% of it’s usual and there will be queue lines set up outside for guests who are waiting to get in. There will also be signage located all throughout the market place directing guests the proper directions to walk to help everyone practice social distancing.
